SharePoint Strategist

Profile

SharePoint Strategist
We are a 1,200 team member organization that provides behavioral health services to individuals with autism. Our business was assembled through the acquisition of 9 separate companies over the past 12-months and we have worked hard to integrate these organizations.
Our SharePoint instance has not been centrally coordinated, organized or overseen so it suffers from a lack of clear organization and our team is frustrated that they cannot ever find what they are looking for.
Wed like to work with a SharePoint Strategist with experience across a number of different organizations who can help us lead an internal SharePoint Steering Committe to:
1) Clearly define our organizations goals and needs as it relates to SharePoint
2) Help us evaluate different tools and configurations and relate those to our needs
3) Assemble a roadmap/implementation plan to get us to our future state
Bonus points if you have experience with multi-state service organizations ideally in the healthcare space.
