Responsibilities : The candidate will be involved in advising the university’s financial, business and academic offices and counseling a broad range of university clients on all matters related to University operations. Advise departments and officials charged with executing capital projects and procurement. Draft, negotiate and review a wide variety of construction and procurement-related agreements; provide other legal services and assistance to the University as assigned by University Counsel. Counsel departments/units regarding review and interpretation of University policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
