Senior Supervisor - Compliance
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring Student Accounts is aware of compliance requirements including all state laws, federal laws, and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies and procedures. Should have Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent life and professional experience. Management experience and/or demonstration of leadership skills in higher education is essential. Should have extensive knowledge of debt collection methodology. Experience in customer service, auditing, accounts receivable, and/or in cash handling environments is essential. Should preferably have Master’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Paralegal Studies, Pre-Law, or Law. 3+ years of Student Accounts, collections and recovery experience is a plus. Should preferably have 1+ year of leadership/management experience or equivalent experience. Ability to speak a foreign language, such as Spanish or American Sign Language is preferred.
