Currently, we are seeking a talented Senior Accounting Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Division. The Corporate Division is responsible for supporting the goals and initiatives of all other divisions throughout the company and its subsidiaries.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Accounting Systems Support team for the Corporate Financial Department, the Sr. Accounting Systems Analyst leads projects related to accounting and reporting systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates with users, creates and manages the project plan, documents and analyzes business requirements, and coordinates and/or performs system testing as required
Serves as the primary contact for users of accounting and reporting systems to address major issues and enhancements
Provides guidance to accounting systems staff and assists in resolving complex accounting and reporting system errors.
Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and control reports, journal entries, and table maintenance, as required

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a business equivalent commensurate work experience
7 years experience working with financial systems and/or business systems analysis
3 years experience in project management
In-depth knowledge of and experience with business systems analysis
In-depth knowledge of and experience with accounting and reporting systems (PeopleSoft experience required)
Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Proven computer proficiency including MS Excel and Word
