The candidate will be drafting corporate-related documents such as articles, bylaws, minutes, consents, operating agreements and shareholder agreements. Filing corporate-related documents and assisting with SEC filings. Proofreading commercial contracts and other legal documents. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Providing exceptional customer service. Should have experience drafting corporate-related documents such as company formation, bylaws, board minutes, consents and founder’s agreements, experience drafting and filing various corporate-related documents and assisting with SEC filings, experience assisting attorneys with drafting and proofreading commercial contracts. Should have a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple initiatives.
