The candidate under the direction and supervision of the Chief Legal Affairs Officer, the Assistant University Attorney will perform legal tasks as assigned. J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have membership in the State Bar of Georgia or Florida. Should have membership in State Bar. Must have 1-5 years of experience as an attorney. Should have demonstrated capacity for legal reasoning and for clear and concise oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal relations, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in representing governmental, higher education, corporate or other complex organizations required. Experience in a university or public sector environment is preferred.
