The Assistant Controller supports the Plant Controller in the direct supervision of the day-to-day general accounting functions and coordination month end closing process, and daily/weekly monthly financial reporting. Assist in the development of financial plans and forecasts, and the analysis of operational results. Manage and analyze standard costs, BOM and routersu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssist in the preparation of the monthly business review and Business Unit Staff meeting packagesu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssist in financial, internal, and governmental audits to maintain complianceu003c/liu003e u003cliu003ePerform a monthly testing of internal controls including SOX controls using Audit and self-assessed tools (ASAT) to ensure compliance with corporate standards and document observations using an online portal called Audit and Self-assessment portal (ASP)u003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssist controller in monthly/quarterly/annually forecasting/budgeting as neededu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eAssist controller to monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Financial Indicators (KFI) to identify operational processes inefficiencies and recommend necessary improvementsu003c/liu003e u003cliu003eProvide budget and project analysis for capital expenditure.
