Analytics & Cognitive – Solution Manager

Work you’ll do
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Manage a team of eighteen (18) degreed professionals in the completion and execution of Analytics and Cognitive engagements for client in the Insurance sector of the FSI industry.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Responsible for leading and directing his subordinate professional staff who are responsible for the delivery of large, complex client engagements implementing Deloitte’s Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies. In this key managerial role, the beneficiary is responsible for the review and execution of the engagement strategy which includes supervision of subordinate staff, management of the engagement, preparing strategy and business plans, scheduling, selecting staff, assigning workloads, and technical reporting.
DELIVERY MANAGEMENT - Would develop and motivate engagement staff to manage the program delivery from onsite and assume overall responsibility for deliverables. He will be involved in the implementation of company standard, policies and business strategies in connection with the engagements under his managerial control.
FINANACIAL MANAGEMENT - Collaborate in the development of business strategies for operating services for FSI engagement and manages engagement which generate revenues in excess of $8 million. Manage the budget, resourcing, and quality of client engagements for which he has authority.
CLEINT AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT – Responsible to work closely with the project stakeholders (Client leadership and Deloitte leadership) to facilitate the attainment of business and IT objectives.

• Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development

• eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations
• Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions
• Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions
• Marketing analytics implementation and operations
• Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution
• Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution
• Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results
Qualifications
Required
• 12 years of experience in an IT related career relevant to this position.
• Experience on Deloitte Consulting’s Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing technologies within our Analytics and Cognitive engagements
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written English communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
• Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with majors in IT
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Must be willing to live and work in the Columbus, GA area. Relocation assistance provided to qualifying candidates
