Senior Attorney
Duties: Responsible for general corporate governance, M&A and finance/lending. Work that has an immediate impact on our employees, customers, and business, and must be confident and have previous corporate legal experience with a strong track record in managing a broad range of legal issues and interacting closely with business leaders. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, subcontracts and other legal agreements and documents relating to IT services and other related products/services provided by the Company to clients in the public and private sectors. Focus on serving as the point of contact for all legal matters relating to general corporate compliance, finance related matters and coordinating and collaborating with the Vice President of Legal and other members of the legal team with respect to such matters. Advising the business leaders on significant legal issues impacting the business. Drafting and hands-on negotiation of procurement and other commercial agreements. Performing legal review of service agreements, other terms & conditions. Providing legal support on a broad range of corporate and operational matters. Working with the Vice President of Legal and other members of the legal team in handling special projects. Providing support to multiple regions and offices, including international offices.
