Work you’ll do
You are the voice of the people. In all of your interactions — with clients, project managers, designers, engineers, and more — you’ll advocate for what users want, need, and expect from the products we create. You’re innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn more about what’s happening in the interactive space. Your UX design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear.
Role You'll Play:
Participate in functional discovery workshops and maintain prototype (and wireframes) for SFDC Community build
Own development of solution design specifications based on requirements defined and clarified by client and functional team members
Provide subject matter expertise on screen layout, workflow optimization, and interaction patterns.
Work will be performed as part of a full studio pod with support from UX/VX/Copy and functional team members.

Our Digital Customer team focuses on designing and implementing sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures to bring customer strategies to life. Our ambition is to be the best in the world at driving customer transformation through the development of clever commercial strategies, distinctive experiences, and the application of digital technologies. We help make the “creative digital consultancy” real and in doing so, make new markets.
Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
• Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
• Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
• Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models
• Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption
• DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Qualifications
2 years of design experience in a consulting or in-house environment
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling and design presentation skills
Prior experience in reviewing existing systems and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
Prior exposure to UX research, including planning, designing and facilitating user sessions and client workshops, analyzing findings and articulating results
Experience with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer and InDesign
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications- Bonus Points if you have:
Experience with conversational UI
Experience in augmented, virtual or mixed reality
Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud
Motion design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A clear passion and enthusiasm for learning and pursuing your expertise, constantly challenging the definition of what makes good user experience
