JOB SUMMARY 
Our Silverdale Surgery center offers a variety of surgical services in a community based setting. This position will supervise a dynmaic patient focused staff in Surgery, Preop, and Recovery overseeing the daily work flow, mentoring and coaching of staff. The Supervisor will be responsbile to meet iwth and address physician concerns. This position will report directly to Periopertive Mananager.
','!*!Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
Two years’ experience and clinical knowledge in the same or similar clinical specialty. 
One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience required. 
Certification in clinical specialty preferred. 
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Certification in specialty area preferred
Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
