I need 32 color cartoons plus a book cover for a picture book I am working on.
HOW’S MY GRANDA? (How’s My Grammar?) is about finding the laughter, self-kindness, and pride in learning a second language. It’s about throwing caution out the door and knowing that half of the learning process is falling down and the other half is getting back up. Learning English as a second language while juggling a full-time job and raising two kids as a single mom was no laughing matter - except it was. When I’d get frazzled, impatient, or upset with my kids, I’d blurt out some pretty funny things like, “Fine then, how about some roman numerals for dinner!?”
