Looking for affordable Architect / CAD designer
Looking for affordable Architect / CAD designer / for immediate project & long-term on-going needs.
We have a back permitted structure that as already been approved, however we are looking to convert into an ADU. We will need title 24, some structural (for roof), and other needs, however we can outsource each one of these items & have you do just the CAD, or we can have one person/firm handle everything.
It is a very simple design (just turning detached garage into a studio. Only need is adding walls for bathroom, and showing locations of things like existing and new windows. Should be simple, however more importantly if we find someone trustworthy with a good hourly rate we would like to send over ongoing project needs like this on a regular basis.
