JOB DUTIES:
Provide non-medical, in-home care for elderly
Restroom assistance
Bathing/ hygiene assistance
Dressing assistance
Safety Supervision
Companionship
Mobility Assistance
Knowledge of bedbound care
Changing adult briefs
Sponge bathing
Transporting clients to their appointments
Short term and long term shifts
COVID-19 considerations:
All PPE will be provided
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to bend, transfer, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds
1-3 years of caregiving experience in a homecare setting or facility-based setting
Be able to manage schedule well
Have excellent communication skills
Highly preferred Home Health Aides(HHA's), Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA's), Healthcare Assistants(HCA's), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA's).
Must go through CPR/First Aid training, if not certified already
Spanish Highly Preferred
