Human Resources Assistant
S J Louis Construction has an immediate opening for a Full Time Human Resources Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced working environment and offers a continuous learning environment with lots of potential for growth!
Our offices are located just a few minutes SW of St. Cloud, MN.
Responsibilities
Facilitates new hire orientation and on-boarding
Administers employee benefit plans
Assists with recruitment for all positions including: ad management, phone screens, participation in recruiting events, and interviewing candidates
Completes correspondence related to benefits, employment verification, and other outside agency inquiries
Maintains information in Human Resources Data Base to support required recordkeeping and compliance reporting
Collaborates with the Director of Human Resources to create and implement Company policy
Assists employees with questions and acts as a liaison with outside agencies as needed
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources or related is preferred
1-2 years' experience in a Human Resources role
Strong leadership, organization, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to focus on multiple issues simultaneously
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
