Executive Director, Entrepreneurship Center

Duties: Provide vision and leadership as well as administrative management and teaching. Work with the School’s Leadership Team, the Mason Faculty, as well as Alan Miller and other entrepreneurs to extend, refine, and execute the EC vision, strategy, and action plan. Responsible for developing and managing the human and financial resources necessary to make the EC a thriving, financially-sustainable entity and a distinctive asset for the Mason School of Business and the College of William and Mary. Revising and implementing the Miller Entrepreneurship Center vision and strategy. Working with the Dean and Development Team on fundraising. Collaborating with Faculty, Executive Partners, and Program Teams. Developing new revenue streams. Working with the Associate Dean for faculty to develop and staff an appropriate menu of courses and experiences for graduate, undergraduate, and continuing education students. Teaching. Managing all EC operations and activities. Developing ties and linkages across the College, particularly the Reves Center, Law School, VIMS, Public Policy, and Economics.
