The candidate should have 3+ years of real estate industry experience (real estate law office, title company, or similar). Experience handling bank closings is preferred. Must be able to handle transactions from contract to closing with minimal supervision. Must have experience with preparation and review of closing documents, transfer tax documents, escrow and broker agreements. Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and have excellent communication skills. Experience with real estate software (WinClose or similar) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Russian language is preferred.
