Job Details:
SUMMARY: The position will be responsible for the proper operation maintenance and management of plant Utilities Building Grounds Department and Wastewater Treatment Plant. Utilities include but are not limited to -NH 3 Refrigeration System Equipment plant Water Hot Water Systems Stream Generation Systems Air Pneumatic Systems Fire Protection Systems and Heating Ventilation HVAC System. The Building Grounds responsibilities include - maintaining managing improving and ensuring the ongoing integrity of all the facility building assets both internal and external and grounds property. WWTP responsibilities will be determined by location . Experience with Process Safety Management PSM . This position will provide frontline supervision for all technicians mechanism operators that are assigned to these areas and determine work schedules and priorities to ensure the facilities needs are met. This position will work directly with the other members of Maintenance Management team to jointly address and attend to the needs of the facility. REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 5 years minimum experience within industrial maintenance; Boiler refrigeration field or technical related background. Must have a thorough understanding of refrigeration theory operations. Prefer experience within the food processing and packaging industry. Computer Skills: Must be competent in Windows based software; will be expected to correspond via e-mails enter data into document templates or creating simple queries. Will be responsible to become fluid with SAP-PM and ensure proper documentation of work work load scheduling and development of proper PM instructions for all technicians in group. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in all areas of communication: verbal written and reading. Special Skills: Able to install maintain repair and troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems; must be highly organized with time management and archiving of information; general mechanical abilities ammonia refrigeration equipment electrical 230-480 V 3ph 110V control voltage hydraulics pneumatics boiler operations water treatment general plumbing knowledge are essential; fabrication skills a plus; welding using an oxy-acetylene cutting torch a plus; general knowledge of the CMMS is helpful. Supervisory: Responsible for managing a group of hourly team members who will perform the necessary work to maintain the engine room boilers and refrigeration system including building maintenance and PSM Coordinator. Possess strong leadership skills marked by an ability to articulate ideas delegate appropriately set clear goals and drive accountability. Be highly motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced environment.
