You deliver on the following duties and responsibilities:
Assists clients with activities of daily living: meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.
Engages with clients through excellent listening skills and conversational skills
Meets safety standards, using equipment safely and accurately
Responds to care management team regarding offers and scheduling issues
Familiarize yourself with client's care plan prior to visit
Complete progress notes
Provide feedback to management regarding changes in condition
Availability:
Flexibility is required
Part time / Full time
Team Player

Attendance & Reliability
On time for shifts
Client satisfaction as determined through client satisfaction surveys.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Must have HCA
Must have 1-3 years minimum experience
Must be able to travel to clients in San Fernando Valley
Must be dependable and reliable
