The candidate will be accountable for the provision of specialized legal services to organization management. Must have Law degree and 3-5 years of health care law or regulatory experience. Should be member of the Florida Bar or is eligible to work as an Authorized House Counsel by the Florida Bar. Specialized health care experience in one or more of the following areas is required: audit, compliance, fraud and abuse, medical staff, tax exempt status, hospital operations and policy, corporate procedures, provider relationships, managed care, patient care law and regulation, risk management, business transactions.
