The candidate will prepare reports and analysis utilizing accounting software (billing, payables and general ledger), payroll software, Quantum reporting system and/or Excel. Will monitor day-to-day accounting and banking activities ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Responsible for monthly close and maintenance of general ledger including processing and reviewing of journal entries. Prepare daily cash reports. Prepare monthly financial statements. Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly budget to actual analysis. Assist with various audits. Assist in special projects and preparation of ad-hoc financial reports and analyses, as needed. Review accounts payable for GL coding, authorization and sales tax. Prepare numerous bank reconciliations including operating and escrows. Responsible for maintenance of fixed assets schedules.
