The intern will conduct client interviews, handle cases under supervision and perform advocacy work. Will assist on legal research; interviewing witnesses; correspondence; drafting documents. Areas of practice exposure includes : public benefits; domestic violence; housing; disability rights; immigration. Interns must work at least 16 hours per week. 1L students and 2L students are considered.
