Employee Relations Advisor
The candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required. JD degree preferred. 5+ years’ progressively responsible experience in Labor and Employee Relations, required. Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution; solid writing, interpersonal and problem solving skills, required. Working knowledge of HR Systems including PeopleSoft and Kronos, required. Should have ability to interpret contracts, Federal, State and Local laws (DOL, OSHA, EEO, etc.) and apply to employee issues.
