GENERAL SUMMARY
 
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging visual content and experiences as they relate to marketing deliverables; responsible for conceptualizing and developing creative solutions that meet business objectives in a timely manner.
 
REPORTS TO: GRAPHIC DESIGN SUPERVISOR

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Design compelling email blasts for vincecamuto.com that adhere to brand standards and in line with current market trends. *Design social assets based on email blasts to ensure a clear brand message for the customer from email marketing to social media. *Create exciting visual content for homepage assets, category banners, landing pages and lifestyle tiles. *Setup mechanicals per brand guidelines for seasonal trade show and showroom signage. *Concept, provide on-set art direction and give retouching notes/guidance for monthly still imagery. *Design seasonal signage, eblasts, web assets, landing pages, and training guides as requested by our retailers across all brands.   *Design templated seasonal market sales tools.  *Concept, mockup, create mechanicals, and review samples for packaging.
 
 

REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office in a Mac environment.
*Knowledge of UX/UI Design, HTML, and Video are a plus, but not required. *Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
*Ability to combine strategy, design, and creative content. *Ability to design creative from concept to delivery. *Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and able to seamlessly re-prioritize if project needs change. *Continually explore opportunities to enhance, improve, and expand customer experience. *Maintains knowledge of industry standards and trends. *Exceptional layout and design skills with a solid understanding of type and imagery along with color composition. *Expected to easily function independently and collaboratively, bringing fresh thinking, an open mind and a strong work ethic to the team environment. *Must demonstrate a sophisticated level of craft and inventiveness throughout work, from simple projects to the more complex, and across multiple disciplines. *Ability to create a distinct visual hierarchy of various elements.
 

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of related experience preferred

 

EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, or related field
