This position offers exposure to production operations, continuous improvement and training systems, processes, and perspectives thru creation of Standard Work instructions for production positions. Starting pay is dependent on amount of college experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Work with Continuous Improvement, Operations, and Training department management to create Standard Work instructions for production positions

Observations and discussion with supervisors and production workers in the production environment

Documentation of discussions in company templates

Maintaining internal reports using Microsoft Office applications

Creating ad-hoc reports

Running errands – making trips to local stores and other project needs

Clerical duties including but not limited to copying and filing

All duties as assigned by manager


REQUIREMENTS:


At least one year of school remaining, business majors preferred

Previous work experience in any field

Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to multi-task

Must be comfortable working in cold environments and an office setting
