Manager, Human Resources
The candidate will provide HR guidance and support for assigned group(s) in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, change management, organizational development, performance management, retention, and compensation administration. Work closely with line management to ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied. Recommend changes to policies and practices as appropriate. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance and coaching to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, corrective actions). Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Ensure proper support in all the steps of the “employees’ life cycle” for specific business unit. Craft and audit job descriptions, researching compensation data, and making recommendations to the hiring manager to align with the internal structure. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with management and employees to develop strong work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Ensure success integration process for all hires within assigned groups. Work closely with line management to assess talent acquisition and development needs and develop and deliver solutions aligned with the business strategy. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Should have 6+ years of progressive generalist human resources experience with 3+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues and partnering with line-managers. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is required.
