Profile

Eagle Eye Electric, LLC is seeking a Supply Technician. The Supply Technician will assist in the performance of Eagle Eye Electric, LLC purchasing requirements in support of the Yuma Desalting Plant Operations and Maintenance Support Services Contract.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact with field technicians regarding material purchase requirements
Obtain quotes from material vendors
Route material requests and supporting documentation through signatory process
Place material orders with vendors
Verify material orders received and route documentation as appropriate
Perform materials pickup with local area vendors using company supplied vehicle
Complete Government required Sole Source and Brand Name Justification documents for specific materials
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills, including verbal communication and interpersonal relations skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Basic analytical and creative problem solving skills, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites software
Preferred
Previous experience related to supply management and purchasing activities
Experience using IBM Maximo Asset Management software

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.  The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting.  Occasional travel may be required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to Federal property.
