We are seeking an attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare privacy and security matters as well as general healthcare regulatory matters (e.g., healthcare fraud and abuse, reimbursement, licensure). Candidates should have experience advising healthcare providers and their business associates on a broad range of regulatory matters, including federal and state laws governing health information, general privacy and security laws, data protection due diligence, cyber incident response, and data breach notification. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and writing abilities and strong academic credentials and communication skills. Compliance or privacy certification and experience with technology contracting, complex data sharing, and information blocking requirements are a plus.
