The candidate will be responsible for: Provides assistance in representing the Hospital and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or working with outside counsel, in all legal matters affecting the institution, as requested by the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Must have Juris Doctor Degree. Should have License to Practice Law in Pennsylvania. Must have 8-10 years of progressive responsibility and experience as legal counsel, handling a variety of litigation, employment, health care transactional matters, contract and/or corporate matters.
