We are looking for compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with the ability to work under minimal assistance and are committed to providing the most excellent care for our patients in the comfort of their homes. We currently hiring for PRN opportunities throughout Greater Atlanta.
Patient Assessments
Care Planning
Communication with Families, Clinical Staff, Doctors, Therapists, etc.
Coordination of Care
Prepare clinical and progress notes.
Completes and submits assessments within agency time frames.
Observe confidentiality, safeguards, and all patient-related information
Job Requirements
Must have an active LPN license
Current CPR & TB Skin Test
A valid Driver's license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation. Must be willing to have a background check and drug screen. We are looking for a dedicated team player with a great personality and a strong work ethic.
Job Types: PRN/TEMP.
Experience:
healthcare: 1 year (Preferred) but welcome new grads
