We provide non-medical in-home care and do everything from Level 1 companion care (cleaning, cooking, and transportation) to Level 3 full-assistance care (fully assisted feeding, bathing, and grooming).

To Work With Always Best Care, you must:
- Possess a valid California Drivers License
- Car Insurance and Registration
- A Reliable Vehicle
- Be able to obtain a California HCA License
- Pass a Background Check
- Proof of a negative TB Test, or a chest x-ray
- Must be willing to work in multiple places within Solano County

Caregivers help assist with the activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, continence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, keeping the home safe and clean, as well as the overall supervision of the clients’ physical and mental well-being. We combine professional care management, training and counseling to deliver superior services to older adults, their families, and the professionals involved in their care.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Basic companion care
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
- Meal preparation
- Incontinence care
- Transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.
- Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Cleans rooms and makes client beds
- Converses with clients to provide assurance
- Observes Universal Precautions
- Provides client transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
- Provides client laundry and linen changes
- Light housekeeping
- Provides medication reminders
- Meal preparation and clean up
Job Requirements
To work with Always Best Care, you must:
Possess a valid Driver's License, Car Registration and Insurance, and a Reliable Vehicle
Be able to obtain a valid HCA registration
Other items that are required before hire are:
Proof of a negative TB test, or a clear chest x-ray
Must be reliable & dependable
Must be willing to work in multiple places within Solano County
