AMERS Channel Event Marketing Specialist
The AMERS Channel Event Marketing Specialist contractor will report to the Director Channel Marketing
Nationals & OEM Partners and will be responsible for supporting the
AMERs Channel Marketing team marketing activities, plans and programs for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s Reseller Partners.
The successful candidate will have:
An understanding of channel partner marketing and activity execution
Demonstrated success of managing marketing demand generation initiatives and programs
Experience with project management and execution for multiple marketing activities, including events
An eye for detail and user-experience from customer and/or channel partner perspective
Core
Responsibilities:
Support in the execution of the quarterly marketing plan, activities, programs and projects to support the AMERs Channel Marketing team.
Physical and Virtual Event Logistics:
Event logistics for webinar/seminar series, including ON24 and/or Zoom assistance
Source venues, negotiations, and payment
Event materials
outbound, return and notification to prepare for onsite/virtual
Invitation set up, partner reminder notifications, and post-event message follow up, surveys (marketing automation)
Invitation set up and support via Splashthat
Ensure setup readiness
Know Before You Go instructions, signage, seating, AV, etc.
Source custom promotional materials and giveaways as required
Program Assistance:
Provide help for program management, including end-user fulfillment, partner rewards, campaign management or other program element
support
Copywriting:
Assist with light copy writing for invitations and flyers as needed to support activities and engagements
Marketing Automation:
Oversight of CMM requests for invitations, list builds, registration sites/landing pages, post event follow up
Oversight of CMM list uploads working with our Marketing Operations team
Contracts and SOW Management:
Manage SOW and contract signing support for CMMs
Budgeting and Payment Processing:
Manage payment request information, credit card transactions, per **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. guidelines, for CMMs
Coordinate event budgets and reconciliations
Reporting:
Leverage SFDC for account verifications, mapping, pipeline
Team Coordination and Management:
Update Americas Marketing events calendars as pertinent
Special projects in support of AMERs Channel Marketing team initiatives
Key Job Requirements:

Ability to work cross-functionally to serve as virtual team lead
Proven organizational skills and an ability to set up workflow systems and processes
Minimum of 2-4 years' marketing experience
Experience working with and supporting channel marketing partners a plus
Experience with Microsoft Suite of products (word, excel, PPT), Salesforce.com, Google suite
Experience with SplashThat and/or other invite building tool a plus
Experience with development/execution/evaluation of marketing programs
Remote position with easy access to a major airport for necessary travel may be required
