The Assistant Onsite Community Manager helps to manage all the common elements pertaining to an association. This position is as diversified in duties as it is in location. In larger communities, the assistant relieves the manager of some duties and helps in all areas. The Assistant Onsite Community Manager will be trained to handle the manager's duties in their absence. Competent computer skills and knowledge of the following programs would be helpful: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This position has scheduled office hours and also the requirement of accessibility, by cell phone during non-scheduled hours, evenings and weekends.
