The candidate will assist in due diligence, quality of earnings, transaction advisory and structuring and merger integration or carveout. Will assist in outsourced risk management in support of the whole of the PE Ecosystem. Performance improvement – structural, financial, and functional leadership to drive change including insurance and benefits advisory, risk and insurance diagnostics, cost takeout (total cost of risk) and enterprise de-risking. Interim management, insurance, and risk functional transformation and departmental stand up. Executive protection, insurance and risk function intervention and Financial Advisory/ Chief Restructuring Officer or Trustee support.
