The Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Auditing, or other related field/3-5 years of full-time verifiable experience in institutional compliance, auditing, or risk management, or related experience/must have a valid state-issued or military driver's license/must have excellent written and verbal communication skills/must have excellent presentation skills/must possess or have the ability to obtain within twelve months of hire compliance and ethics or compliance and regulatory professional certification;. Juris Doctor degree, or B.S.B.A or MBA and Paralegal certification is preferred/3 years of institutional compliance experience in a higher education setting is desired/business and executive level writing and presentation skills are preferred/emergency management experience (NIMS/ICS) is desired/workers' compensation case management experience is preferred. Corporate Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), OR Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional (CCRP), or equivalent compliance certification; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent certification; Certified Risk Manager (CRM), OR equivalent certification; Workers' Compensation professional certification.
