I need a graphic designer for my logo.

Profile

I need a graphic designer for my logo.
Here is the Logo our company currently has in use. This was the first logo we made, but we are hoping to have a more updated logo rolled out for our uniforms and business cards.
We are a commercial and residential construction coaching company that also develops our own houses. The name for the logo holds these virtues: strategy, adaptability, efficiency, beauty and wisdom.
Whereas we liked the theme of this logo, we need one that can also be used on white backgrounds with good visibility of the name. We need it to be simple and able to be used on Business Cards, Uniforms And Invoices
The logo we have can also be adapted, the designer can build off of our design.
it must be in PNG form or the best quality that can be used to put on a shirt/website/businesscard
