We currently service Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco. Our office are located in San Ramon. However; we service all of the Greater bay areas.
We are seeking experienced and qualified Full-time and Part-Time Certified Nurse Aides(CNA) Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) in the Danville/ Pleasanton area.
We are always seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the East Bay cities including Oakland, Hayward, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Blackhawk, San Ramon, Dublin, and Livermore. Your pay is based on your experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Light housekeeping.
Meal preparation and cooking.
Transportation assistance.
Companion services; playing board games, walking/ wheeling with clients outside, reading the paper/ books, etc.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields (minimum of 6 months) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both clients and staff.
Ability to use Electronic documentation systems for reporting
Proof of US work eligibility.
Valid driver’s license, SS number, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance. If unable to drive, must have access to public transportation.
CNA or CHHA certification.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. TB test and physical are required for this position.
At least 6 months of home care experience required.
