Work for the best! IHFA has an immediate opening for a Loan Processor in our Homeownership Lending Department in Boise.
Job Duties:
Foster excellent relationships and service to customers of IHFA, lenders, Realtors, title company personnel, and brokers
Process conventional, FHA & RD loans for insuring purposes
Keep up to date on guidelines and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• 1 years experience in mortgage lending processing
• Experience with Encompass administration preferred
• Knowledge of TRID regulations helpful
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Must be self-directed and motivated performer
