Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Investigations
Duties: Serve as a senior member of the Legal Department’s Litigation and Investigations (L&I) Team. Lead internal investigations regarding compliance with company’s internal corporate policies, legal requirements, and the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and provide legal advice and counsel to internal business partners. Assist with a variety of litigation matters, provide direction and guidance to the firm’s internal investigators on investigation steps and strategy, participate in critical interviews, brief senior leaders in the business and Legal Department on investigation outcomes and trends, and provide legal advice as well as business-oriented solutions and recommendations and related training to internal clients and partners. Collaborate with other internal teams to identify risk areas and participate in developing training and policy or process enhancements. Leverage expertise in managing complex civil or white-collar litigation, as well as leading investigations and providing counsel on Procurement Integrity and False Claims Act issues and other laws affecting government contractors, including those related to contractor integrity, data breaches, data protection, and overall integrity and business ethics.
