SUMMARY
Eagle Eye Electric, LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., is currently seeking a qualified Millwright for the Yuma Desalting Plant, Operations and Maintenance Support Services Contract in Yuma, Arizona.  The Millwright will assist in the performance of maintenance activities necessary to satisfy the requirements of the contract. These maintenance activities are those typically associated with a water treatment facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) procedures on Yuma Desalting Plant water treatment equipment.
Documentation of procedures through detailed PM Job Plans.
Provide assistance to Journeyman level technicians on a variety of projects.
Housekeeping responsibilities throughout the Yuma Desalting Plant.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, or completion of an apprenticeship program or technical trade school.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills, including verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Basic analytical and creative problem solving skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Promptness and timeliness in completing assigned tasks.
Preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints and process diagrams is preferred.
Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Office Suites software is desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. Candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
Job is performed in an office and field setting.  During work in the field setting, the candidate will be exposed to an environment typical of the southwest desert.   The candidate may also at times be required to work around chemicals typical of a water treatment facility
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No supervisory responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to YDP. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
