Director, Health Privacy And Compliance, Research Compliance

Duties: Reporting to the University's Associate Vice President for Research Compliance and working closely with key stakeholders across the University, the Director will serve as the University's HIPAA Privacy Officer. Oversight and coordination of compliance with HIPAA and all related applicable laws and regulations. Develop a compliance program and oversee the implementation of the program at all BU licensed clinics. Work with covered healthcare offices to proactively address any health privacy issues and adherence to policies and, when needed, work with clinics to create corrective action plans to ensure future compliance with all applicable regulations.
