Personal Injury Legal Assistant
The candidate will be answering phones, answering questions about our services, creating contracts for approved clients, deploying money via checks, e-checks, and ACH payments, and following up with Accounts Receivable accounts. The role involves handling 2 departments - Intake, Contracting/Funding, and Accounts Receivable. Communication with Plaintiffs, lawyers, and paralegals at Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation law firms. Explaining services to plaintiffs that want to learn more. Detailed skilled needed due to contracting and funding of loans responsibilities. Must have knowledge of Personal Injury and/or Worker's Compensation Injury. Understands these concepts: policy limits, injuries, pre-existing conditions, pre-litigation, litigation, demand letters, settlements, liability, Pre-Settlement financing, interest as it pertains to loans, property damage, medical bills. Must be Bilingual Spanish.
