You always greet prospects and clients with a welcoming smile. Whether answering phones, scheduling client meetings, or prepping the advisors for meetings, your warm demeanor comes through in all your interactions. You put your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to good use as you manage all of your region’s attorney and staff calendars, take and relay messages, and coordinate all regional mail and deposits.
