Statline, a division of the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF), is currently looking for a Director, Software Development to be responsible for leading and managing large-scale development projects. The incumbent will be responsible for the Software Development Life Cycle from concept and design through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Performing or overseeing highly complex analyses and design across a broad range of technologies needed for current or future products
Analyzing project results and adjusting assigned resources to maintain product development goals and milestones
Providing leadership within software engineering in determining how to incorporate new features or functions into existing products,
Translating broad, strategic directives and initiatives into tactical, operational activities
Providing input on long-term technology and staff needs
Qualifications:
VB.NET, JavaScript, C#, jQuery, MVC, HTML5, ASP, XML, Visual Studio, Project, TSQL, Reporting Services and Web Services
BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent; Related Master*s degree preferred
7-10 years software development and project management
1-3 years experience with Agile/SCRUM methods
5 Years experience managing technical staff
Experience with Microsoft Office
PMI, PMI-ACP Certifications and/or licenses preferred
