Profile

Assist in the deployment of classroom technology including hardware and software throughout the campus.
Respond and resolve Help Desk calls for faculty, students, and staff.
Requirements:
Knowledge of current Apple, Microsoft and Linux operating systems, software, and environments.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of current PC/Apple based equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical users.
