We need a LinkedIn specialist with experience of generating ORGANIC leads and growth through Linkedin. Someone who is constantly researching and educating themselves in understanding how Linkedin works NOW, and how Linkedin works TOMORROW. To fully optimize our positioning, as Linkedin is rapidly evolving, and we need to remain with the current trends and flows of the platform. Must be conversational in English language.
Weekly Tasks:
Maintain and update a fashionable, professional and SEO optimized profile and page for 2 organizations
Post, share and promote our content - articles, snippets, info graphics and video. 3 or more per week.
Identify 3rd party relevant content (mostly video) to share/re-post to our target market. 2 or more per week.
Cultivate, develop and increase network with new connections or friends. 20 or more per week.
Utilize existing customer database to assist where possible.
Identify and Join relevant Groups or Networks. 5 or more per week.
Engage, interact and reply in standard language to inbound communications.
Must monitor/check/review and engage daily.
Flat rate monthly pay, which increases every 3 months.
Additional performance related bonus paid if monthly targets are achieved.
Schedule:
1 to 3 months: Total of 20 hours per month. $50 per month Performance Bonus.
3 to 6 months: Total of 40 hours per month. $100 per month Performance Bonus.
6 to 12 months: To be discussed / determined.
Our Target Market:
Adults aged 18-40, living in the following states in the US: Arizona, California, Washington, Colorado.
Sole Trader, Small and medium sized businesses and organizations in the following categories: Leisure. Recreation. Amateur Sports. Outdoor Activities. Team Sports. Club Sports. Sports Leagues. Adventure Sports. Community Sports and Activities. Local Sports and Activities. Social Sports and Activities.
This is a long term position, we are looking for the right individual to continuously grow, interact and build relationships with our groups and communities.
