We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress developer to work with our internal design team to create a new unique web site for our company.
You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.
Main responsibilities will include
* Implement pixel perfect websites based on mocked up designs from our design team
* Design and implement new features and functionality
* Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugins.
* Work with common industry page builders (Elementor)
WordPress Developer requirements and qualifications
* Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
* Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
* Experience creating graphically rich websites, including advanced navigation and animation.
* Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
* Experience developing websites that support all major browsers on desktop and mobile
* Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
* Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
* Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
* General good software practices
