Contracts and Procurement Attorney (Attorney III)
The candidate will perform legal work on agency solicitations and contracts, HUB matters, procurement policies and procedures, conflicts of interest, internal and external audit issues, contractor disputes, and federal and state compliance matters. Will provide legal counsel to agency's Contracts and Purchasing Division and other agency divisions regarding the solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award of contracts involving many types of goods and services. Represent the agency during contract negotiations. Perform legal work regarding the agency’s intellectual property matters. Perform legal work involving the agency’s outside counsel contracts.
