We would like to publish an app on the Zoho Marketplace allowing users to synchronize their views with our Applications API.
We would like the following scenario:
- User Installs from the Zoho Marketplace
- User signs up to our app through our signup page and is tien redirected to Zoho that show the installed features :
- It creates a module Shared View
- Users can configure the mapping between fields in each Zoho CRM modules and our App Contacts structure. => When saving the settings, a JSON is sent to our API.
- Then, User can Create a Shared View in which s/he will select which module/view from Zoho CRM to match with which contact label in our app.
- In the same page, the customer will be able to define which user can access this view in our app.
- When saving, a trigger will send a JSON containing this data to our backends API, that will send a response. This response should update the record.
- No backend is required (our backend will do the job through REST API)
