Job Requirements
Must be able to:
Speak fluent English; other languages a plus, but not required (e.g. Spanish, American Sign Language, etc.)
Implement personal and professional boundaries
Be reliable
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Have a good attitude
Be able to chart documentation on a consistent and factual basis
Be organized
Be honest/trustworthy
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen
Successfully complete orientation and Home Care Assistance training; orientation and training are paid at your same hourly wage upon completion.
Must have or obtain the following:
CPR / First Aid Certification
Arizona Level One Fingerprint clearance
Negative TB test results
Valid Driver's License
Active (current) auto insurance
